Refund Policy

If anything is damaged in shipping please contact me within 48 hours of receiving it. I want to make sure my art reaches your home safely and soundly. For original art, I will try to fix it. If fixing is not possible, we can initiate USPS insurance and you can decide to replace the piece or get a refund. For prints or merch, I will replace the damaged items as soon as possible.

If the return is the desire of the customer:

For all custom artwork, returns and refunds are not accepted. Once I have started the painting or drawing, I cannot use it for any other client, so all sales are final.

I will accept returns for shop credit within 14 days of purchase for any prints or merch that is in original condition with customer paying shipping both ways.

I will give a partial refund for original, non-custom, works. Client forfeits 15% for inventory adjustment fees as well as shipping both ways. Client must contact within 72 hours of receipt of the work for a refund, or within 14 days of purchase for shop credit. 

Any refunds may take up to 30 days to process fully.
