Sweet nectar
’Sweet Nectar’.. or so the honey bees were hoping! This small piece features some of the most refined floral shadows I had done to date and was frankly just a really fun exercise in not taking myself too seriously.
This healthy breast is adorned with two real bees scoping out the nectar, as well as a gilded honey comb and golden hexagonal sequins. Too bad you can’t resin in the enchanting fragrance of honey.
